Cancellation Policy - All reservations are subject to a $50.00 fee for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival are subject to this fee, and any remaining amount that you have paid will be refunded back to your credit card. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will result in a charge of 1 night at our regular rate including taxes, this is based on the unit size and type you rented. Any remaining amount will be refunded back to your card. All units are subject to availability and we have a 3 night minimum for all vacation rentals. We're sorry, but no pets are allowed at the resort.
